Menu Plan for Week of Nov 20, 2011

Happy Thanksgiving week. We’re not hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year, so I’m bringing a couple of dishes that work well for potluck. I’m expecting some leftover turkey (although possibly not bones for soup) to make something on Friday.

Breakfasts: Breakfast rice, boiled eggs
Lunches: Leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday: Cheater’s coq au vin stew, salad

Monday: Stew leftovers, brown rice, Bulgarian Salad

Tuesday: Veggie fried rice, bok choy, oranges

Wednesday: Spicy beef and chickpeas, sliced tomatoes

Thursday: Happy Thanksgiving, having dinner away from home, will bringĀ  chipotle sweet potatoes and sweet and spicy pecans

Friday: Japanese curry with leftover turkey if turkey is available, w/ sweet potatoes

Saturday: Spicy beef soup, salad
