Menu Plan for Week of Sep 4, 2011
From last week, our favorite dish was the lamb meatza that was extra tasty with the lamb (instead of ground beef). Also, a number of readers have offered fabulous suggestions and questions on the most popular recipe on this site: healthy oat and banana bars that are made with no added sugar or oil. Please leave any comments or suggestions you might have and I plan on having an afternoon to test some options including more dried fruit and crispy edges. I will then post a revamped version of the best results.
Breakfasts: Peanut butter baked oatmeal, nectarines
Lunches: Leftovers
Dinners:
Sunday: Speedy red beans and rice, sauteed kale
Monday: out
Tuesday: Salmon cakes, Bulgarian salad
