Menu Plan for Week of Aug 7, 2011

On his week’s menu are some of the more flavorful favorites that we’ve had lately: lamb meatza and cauliflower fried rice,  made spicy with chili-garlic sauce.  There’s also guacamole deviled eggs, lots of salads, and fresh nectarines.

Breakfasts: Guacamole deviled eggs, nectarines
Lunches: BLT salads

Dinners:
Sunday: Lamb meatza, green salad

Monday: Cauliflower fried rice with seafood, sauteed bok choy

Tuesday: Salmon Chowder, garlic biscuits, salad

Wed: out

Thursday: Pork lettuce tacos, sauerkraut salad

Friday:  Mexican rice bowls with pork, Aztec vegetables

Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner: Mushroom and chorizo frittata, roasted sweet potato, fruit salad
