Menu Plan for Week of Mar 27, 2011

Last week, we really enjoyed the oven fried chicken thighs and the coconut roasted sweet potato (roasted at the same time).  For this week, I’m trying some new recipes including an oyster stew and a roasted pork belly.  Will post the recipes if interesting.

Breakfasts: Guacamole deviled eggs, sliced apples
Lunches: Leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday: Oyster stew, broccoli salad,  fruit and greens salad

Monday: Leftovers, marinated carrots, beet orange salad

Tuesday: Pork belly, lemon roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli

Wednesday: Chopped salad w/ grilled tuna, fruit

Thursday:
out

Friday: Meatballs w/ cilantro pesto, bok choy and mushrooms,

Saturday: Hamburger stew (w/ leftover meatballs), salad, garlic and cheese biscuits
