Menu Plan for Week of September 26, 2010

Last week’s favorite meal was the healthy goulash that I made with grassfed beef.  In fact, we liked it so much that I put it on the menu again this week.  I have a number of meetings in the middle of the week and anticipate that we might have several meals outside.

Breakfasts: Mushroom and chorizo frittata, Greek yogurt, sliced apples
Lunches: Green velvet soup, leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday: Healthy goulash, green salad, fruit

Monday: Oven fried chicken thighs, green velvet soup, salad

Tuesday: Leftover goulash, garlic cheese biscuits, cucumber salad

Wednesday-Thursday: out

Friday:
Thai red curry w/ shrimp, cauliflower rice, marinated carrots

Saturday: Cube steak, Aztec vegetables, chocolate treats
