Menu Plan for Week of June 27, 2010

Last week’s favorite dish was the Thai steak salad; I just love fresh, spicy tastes.  For this week, there are more salads on the menu as well as seafood stew.  I’m also making a batch of fruit popcicles to take advantage of this wonderful summer fruit.

Breakfasts: Chorizo and mushroom frittata, berries
Lunches: Leftovers, tuna salad with grapes

Dinners:
Sunday: Unstuffed cabbage soup, green salad

Monday:

Tuesday:
Cheater’s seafood gumbo, cauliflower rice, sliced cucumber

Wednesday:
Leftover gumbo, broccoli and tomato salad, popcicles

Thursday:
Thai chicken salad, rice, cucumber salad

Friday: Grilled rosemary steaks, grilled romaine, grilled pineapple

Saturday: Chopped salad w/ leftover steak, avocado and tomato salsa, strawberry ice cream
