Menu Plan for Week of June 13, 2010

I am loving this warm weather (for now) and enjoying the fresh produce. From last week, we loved the Thai steak salad ( so much that we’re having it again), and the peach and tomato salad.  For this week, more salads and seafood.

Breakfasts: Chorizo and mushroom frittata, strawberries
Lunches: Leftovers, chopped salad with sardines

Dinners:
Sunday:
Deconstructed tuna salad w/ broccoli, peach and tomato salad

Monday: Thai steak salad over greens, summer fruit salad

Tuesday: Brazilian seafood stew, green salad, leftover fruit salad

Wednesday
: Leftover Brazilian stew, cauliflower rice

Thursday:
out

Friday: Meatballs and simple sauce, roasted brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes

Saturday: Leftover meatballs, roasted veggies, strawberry sorbet
