Menu Plan for Week of April 18, 2010

Last week we enjoyed the chicken rice porridge which was soothing.  Now that the weather is getting warmer, we are having strawberries and more salads.

Breakfasts: Healthy Oat and Banana bars (w/ cranberries), boiled eggs, strawberries
Lunches: Leftovers, salads

Dinners:
Sunday: Cheater’s seafood gumbo, brown rice, green salad

Monday: Leftover gumbo, cornbread, winter fruit salad

Tuesday: Lentil and sausage stew, leftover cornbread, green salad

Wednesday:
Leftover lentils over rice, collard greens, strawberries

Thursday: out

Friday:
Korean rice bowls, cucumber salad, kimchi, sliced oranges

Saturday:
Tofu fried rice, sauteed bok choy, fruit and chocolate
