We are forecast a hot Christmas Day here in New Zealand, so it will be a not-too-heavy meal for us. 
I am making Chicken Waldorf salad, and serving it with buttered baby potatoes and baby beets, and then trifle for dessert and fruit mince pies for nibbles later if anyone is still hungry.

Hoping everyone has a very Merry Christmas, wherever you may be.</description>
