Alexis, the sweetness from the potatoes mixed with the bacon taste generally makes this kid friendly. It’s also a very pretty bright orange.

Brenda and Sherry, I did not “discover” sweet potatoes until a couple of years ago. Now, I’m trying them in lots of dishes from enchiladas to breakfast. Hope you like it.
