Menu Plan for Wk of October 25, 2009

Very busy week coming up, but enjoying the cooler weather and fall fruit.  For this week, a number of standbys that are quick to put together.

Breakfasts: Raspberry-cranberry baked oatmeal, Greek yogurt
Lunches: Boiled eggs, leftovers, fruit

Dinners:
Sunday: Speedy red beans and rice, collard greens, pears

Monday: 10-minute fish, steamed broccoli, mint roasted potatoes

Tues-Thurs: Out

Friday: Artichoke and spinach frittata, oven sweet potato fries, pear and arugula salad

Saturday: Clean the fridge soup, green salad, winter fruit salad
