I worked at a very green company that also kept reusable eating supplies (forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, etc) so that workers could use those rather than plastic, throwaway ones. People were expected to clean up after themselves and did for the most part. It was very encouraging and made you want to do things like bring a cloth napkin and make less waste. Great ideas.
