Menu Plan for Week of July 5, 2009

Incredibly busy week ahead.  Trying to take advantage of fresh produce, especially the lovely summer fruit.

Breakfasts: Healthy banana and oat bars, peaches, greek yogurt
Lunches: Leftovers, berries

Dinners:
Sunday: Broiled salmon, pineapple salsa, bok choy, brown rice

Monday: Thai steak salad, watermelon w/ feta

Tuesday: Baked beans w/ sausage, apple ginger coleslaw, strawberries

Wednesday: Swiss chard w/ chickpeas, vegetarian burgers, fruit salad

Thursday: out

Friday: Spicy shrimp stirfry,  brown rice

Saturday: Artichoke frittata, peach and tomato salad
