ESTJ is a typical American middle-manager position, and so a lot of round pegs will be hammered into that square hole. The best way to find out is to first find out which quadrant: NT, NF, SJ, SP ... then determine E-I ... and then the final dimension. Just read all the descriptions. I'm INTJ by the way.
