Hi Prudent Homemaker, I am increasingly enjoying the More with Less Cookbook. Thanks for visiting.

Hi mub, MJ's cookbook is really fun. It was written many years ago when there weren't so many vegetarian specialty foods so it really celebrates whole foods as well as naturally vegetarian meals that have a long tradition in places like China, Thailand, and India. Thanks for stopping by.

I am looking forward to finding a copy of the Vegetarian Cooking book, I really struggle coming up with new ideas for meatless meals! I have a few recipes, but I worry that they're getting a little repetitive!
