Carolyn, thanks. Interesting, I had the same reaction to bananas, where after years of not eating them, I find that I’m putting them in more dishes. Love the CSA, we all need encouragement to try new things.

I love the idea of your blog. I would love to see people eat more fruit, too. I try to keep a variety in the house at all times. Recently, I started eating bananas again, and I had forgotten how much I like them! The wonders of the CSA – eat what you get.

Cool idea for a series!

We buy a whole lot of bananas at our house too. Save-A-Lot usually has them 3 lbs. for $1. Can you beat it?

Mostly we bake them into things, like muffins, or make smoothies with them.
