		<description>I got the wonderful news Friday that my company was cutting my salary.....50%!!! They did this at 5:30pm in the afternoon.  I knew that a pay cut was a possibility but a 50% pay cut a bit excessive.  Here are a few hints if there is trouble on the horizon:

1) You boss or Senior Executive avoids you and does not make eye contact with you with you for several weeks.

2) Scheduled team meetings are cancelled week after week.

3) Doors closed meetings and bank officials coming into the office = no good!</description>
